About Your Home Inspector

Hi, I'm Doug!

Welcome to my page! I'm a certified home inspector through InterNACHI and ICA, committed that every home I inspect meets high standards of safety and quality. With a lifetime of experience in construction, have hands-on experience in areas like electrical work and plumbing to remodeling all areas of the home.

 

I also volunteer my time with the Virginia Housing Program, where I educate new home buyers about the home inspection process, empowering them to make informed decisions.

 

In my spare time, I enjoy playing the banjo in a bluegrass cover band called "Out of Uniform." Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to assisting you with your home inspection needs!

Communicative & thorough

We had Whole Home come out for our upcoming new (to us) home purchase. Setting the inspection was super easy. Doug is very communicative, punctual and thorough! The final report was excellent, complete with photos and video of potential issues.
